Posted onMonday, March 16, 2020 Dear Valued Customers: Due to recent events involving COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to assure you that the Ruthman family of companies has a business continuity plan in place to protect our employees, our customers, and our business. We are adapting to this evolving situation as you are. We have a team of business leaders who are conferring on a daily basis to ensure the timely and appropriate sharing of information based on verified data from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the U.S. We do not foresee any inventory constraints or component shortages arising in the near term. We have a diverse production facility footprint coupled with a robust amount of inventory on hand and inventory management procedures. We maintain multiple sources and locations for materials supply that will help alleviate delays on our products. Additionally, we have put precautions in place to prevent the spread of illness including a ban on all international and any non-essential domestic business travel and a “6 foot rule” internally. The health and safety of our employees and our customers is a top priority and we will continue to monitor the progression of COVID-19 and will adjust plans based on new information.
