New Faces at Fulflo and Great Lakes Pump

We’re excited to welcome a couple new faces to the Ruthman Companies family!

Shayla Sicurella has just started at our hydraulic valve division, Fulflo, in a new role assisting in Purchasing and Inventory Control. When we talk about the Ruthman family, we often mean it literally–Shayla’s mom, Becky Sicurella is a Sales / Accounts Manager at Fulflo.

Shayla will be responsible for maintaining inventory counts and ordering product from our vendors. She will also put her past customer service experience to use assisting with answering the phone and training in customer service, sales, and other duties as assigned.

Austin Ardrey is new to our distributor Great Lakes Pump & Supply, with responsibility for Western Michigan Sales. Austin has over a decade of experience in industrial products distribution with roles in customer service, account management, and service center operations. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University.

In his new role, Austin will leverage the strength, knowledge, and experience of the Great Lakes Pump team to provide exceptional service to existing and new customers in the West Michigan market.
