Gusher Renews Iso Certification

Team effort leads to ISO 9001:2015 designation

Our Gusher Pumps division was recently granted ISO 9001:2015 status by auditor EAGLE Registrations, Inc.

This designation affirms Gusher’s commitment to quality management practices as well as customer service and satisfaction within its three Kentucky manufacturing facilities.

According to Amanda Clifton, who led the internal certification effort, the preparation for the audit included reviewing and updating documentation throughout every department, establishment of quantifiable quality objectives, survey and evaluation of vendors to ensure compliance with Gusher’s goals, and edits to the quality manual.
