Praise for Gusher’s Inside Sales and Engineering Team

Andrew Jones, Territory Manager, Wagner Process Equipment on what team’s support has meant to him
I have always been a team player because it makes sense to me to utilize all my talents to assist those around me, while also utilizing the talents of those within my team to fill where I fall short. One of my favorite things about having a team is being able to draw attention to the individuals that make it possible for me to go out into my small part of the world and supply Gusher pumps with confidence.
Tom Day (Inside Sales) has been my own personal library of all things Gusher. He has patiently supported me through all my questions, offered up insights into Gusher parts and pumps that no amount of manual reading could ever shine a light on, and he does it in under 15 minutes of receiving my cry for help! I rep pump manufacturers that can’t get me anything in less than 24 hours. I am beyond grateful to have Tom on my team.
Amanda Clifton (Inside Sales) rocks also! When I was asking questions about how to differentiate between a 7550 and 7600, Amanda wrote out a very detailed description, attached images, and circled the differences just to help me better understand this particular “Gusherism”. I still use that sheet to this day when I am out looking at vertical pumps that look almost identical. I am beyond grateful to have Amanda on my team.
While Anthony Andres (Mechanical Engineer) and Saralynne Mckinley (Inside Sales) are on the newer side of my team, the few interactions I have had with them only reinforce my belief that Gusher will be in good hands for years to come in regards to timely service and knowledgeable reps. When I have asked them for help on parts costs and such, these two have always come through for me. I am beyond grateful to have Anthony and Saralynne on my team.
It has been my pleasure to write this because good people deserve to be recognized for doing good work, and the four individuals listed above are my support structure for all things Gusher. Without them I know my own productivity and product knowledge would have been greatly reduced.
